Voxopop


Voxopop is an apprenticeship website tool (voxopop.com) for English language learning. It is directed to people that knows or just wants to learn or teach some English. It is an useful and free way for sharing ideas through your own audio podcasts.

Voxopop was created by Dean Worth and later Ralph Garbers joined him in this teamwork. This team is based in Melbourne, Australia and has always had a target with the mentioned page. This objective has been to bring people together in an environment of constructive communication and be a bridge between people from different social classes, cultures, political and religious contexts by means of voices talk groups.
 
It allows teachers and students to create online discussions and develop them. This tool also helps students to feel more comfortable when they are speaking. It is FREE, requires no installation and does not take up space in your hard disk. It is useful, and can employ it like an extension of one class.

This website is available with all kind of internet navigators and it is not necessary to have a special software or hardware to use it. It is always necessary to be online to access to content and edit it. All that you need to be a member is to use a valid e-mail account; later, you can register in the Voxopop site; next, you may create or use a talk group and finally, you can record your voice saying something about a topic.

In this page there are many people who you can share ideas about specific issues in the talkgroups and practice this language. Some of these people are native speakers; others are English teachers or just people with an advanced English level who may help you.
